TRUCK GEARS INC. TO CLOSE PERMANENTLY ON 10/27/23.

Dear Valued Customers and Vendors,

Please accept this notice that we WILL NOT be continuing to provide business operations as before, and please disregard our previous notices.
We regret to inform you that despite our best attempts to secure a buyer for Truck Gears Inc., the deal, unfortunately, has fallen through. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. We truly appreciate our time doing business with you and are deeply disappointed that we were unable to find a successor.

Effective 10/27/2023, our company will not place any more orders. We won’t cancel any orders or deliveries arranged before this notice unless we explicitly inform you. Please cancel all outstanding back orders unless otherwise advised. On our part, we will clear any outstanding amounts in our account by the effective due date. To that end, we would like to receive all relevant invoices by 11/10/2023. Any desired Core credits have 30 days from the date of purchase to be returned, beyond that, no credits will be issued.
